1. The daily switch machine should check whether the power supply is energized, whether the power supply is normal, and whether the ground connection is normal. 

2. The optical axis needs 2 times of butter per week . 

3. The air source processor on the heat transfer machine needs to shut off the air and drainage twice a day, adjust the gas mist oil to 4-5 drops per minute,and turn off the gas when refueling . 

4. All the bearings of the whole machine must be added with high temperature butter once a week to ensure the normal operation of the bearings . 

5. Emergency stop switch, in the use process, the emergency stop switch on the heat transfer machine should be used as little as possible to avoid the impact of the emergency stop on the bearing inside the heating pipe . 

6. In the high temperature state, when the emergency stop or power failure is stopped, please adjust the felt to a maximum safe distance of 5-8cm from the drum in the first time to ensure that the blanket will not be injured . 

7. When the dye sublimation calender is warmed, the machine must be turned to prevent the blanket from burning out.During the rotation process, in order to prevent the blanket from being damaged and damage the blanket and to ensure safety, please be sure to supervise it.
